
BUSINESS RESEARCH METHODS GMPRM 2024
The course provides
an overview of the research process as it pertains to business, economics and
management in general. Students receive an overview of the scientific method,
research preparation, and the styles of communication used to disseminate research
at the graduate level. The course examines various research methods that can be
used to enhance decision-making. A hands-on practical approach is emphasized
using various qualitative and quantitative methods. The course will also equip
students to be able to conduct both basic, applied and action research
including undertaking their consulting project taking into consideration the
pragmatics of ethics and project management. The course is also designed to
provide students with the skills in conducting business research so as to
provide executives knowledge regarding the organization, the markets, the
economy, finance, and sales. Business intelligence enables the executives of
the company to make better and rational decisions based on the results provided
by the research.
