Management Information System
Information systems have dominated discussions and strategies for improving business
operations worldwide. This course introduces students to the various aspects of management
information systems, namely hardware, software, data, processes/procedures, and people.
Drawing examples from organisations, the course will inform students on good and bad
information systems management practices. Through class discussions and assignments,
students will gain an understanding of information systems planning, deployment, and
management.
